Stability of F-biharmonic maps
This paper studies some properties of F-biharmonic maps between Riemannian manifolds. By considering the first variation formula of the F-bienergy functional, F-biharmonicity of conformal maps are investigated. Moreover, the second variation formula for F-biharmonic maps is obtained. As an application, instability and nonexistence theorems for F-biharmonic maps are given.

Strong stochastic stability and rate of mixing for unimodal maps
We consider small random perturbations of a large class of nonuniformly hy-perbolic unimodal maps and prove stochastic stability in the strong sense (L 1-convergence of invariant densities) and uniform bounds for the exponential rate of decay of correlations. Our method is based on an analysis of the spectrum of a modiied Perron-Frobenius operator for a tower extension of the Markov chain.

We study a random map T which consists of intermittent maps {Tk}k=1 and probability distribution {pk,ε(x)} K k=1. We prove existence of a unique absolutely continuous invariant measure (ACIM) for the random map T . Moreover, we show that, as ε goes to zero, the invariant density of the random system T converges in the L1-norm to the invariant density of the deterministic intermittent map T1. Th...
Consensus of Stochastic Maps
In this paper, we consider the agreement problem of estimating the locations of landmarks observed by multiple agents in the absence of a global frame of reference. Maximum likelihood estimators are derived from scenarios of independent and mutual landmark estimation. A triangle-based hypothesis test is proposed for the detection of common landmarks across the coordinate systems of the agents a...
